1 film-coated tablet contains: D-Glucitol,1,5-anhydro-1-C-[4-chloro-3-[[4-[[(3S)-tetrahydro-3-furanyl]oxy]phenyl]methyl]phenyl]-,(1S) (= empagliflozin) 12.5 mg and N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride (= metformin hydrochloride) 500 mg or 1000 mg.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet cores: Maize starch, copovidone, colloidal silica anhydrous, magnesium stearate.
Film-coating: Hypromellose 2910, titanium dioxide (E171), polyethylene glycol 400, iron oxide [12.5 mg strengths: iron oxide red and black (E172)], talc.
